Deqing County Pusen Fireproof  Material Co. Ltd. (PSFRMC) was established in 1976.It
was rsformed to be a joint-stock company in 1998.PSFRMC at present has200 employees .
PSFRMC has an annual production capacity of more than 8000 tons now. In 1999 PSFRMC
got the IS09000 approval certificate for its quality system .The main products of  PSFRMC
are BAIYUN series of thermal insulation , heat insulation and fire-resistingmaterials , including aluminum silicate wool ,irradiation proof glass fiber, rock wool and mineral wool
for ships . The products made from the above-mentioned are plates , pipes, carpets, felts,
casing pieces, ropes and valve casings, flange casings ,etc.
     The products of PSFRMC have been inspected and tested by National Fire Bureau,the
Far East Fire Testing Center ,Shanghai Architecture Institute, Nanjing Glass Fiber Research
and Design Institute, Navy Medicine Institute,  China Aeroplane Manufacture Research
Institute, Shanghai Communication University and Zhejiang University for  several times
andthe results show that the qualities of these products have reached and surpassed
the requirements of the National Standards . The products have got the industrial
productslicenses of China Navy ,CCS, China Nuclear Power, China Power, the Construction Industry,the Metallurgy Industry and the Chemical Industry . The products have been approved by the leading classification societies in the world and have got the certificates
of CCS, DNV, ABS, LR, GL, BV, EC and NK.PSFRMC played an important role in the drafting and establishing of the national standards for this industry.
     In 1999 thePS-2 mineral wool developed by PSFRMC got the national patent of
(99116741.4) .In the same year , this product was approved by the Armament Department of China Navy and it got the Third Prize for Progress in Science and
Technologyawarded by China Navy. In2000, the light A30 fire bulkhead was approved
for Progress inScience and Technology awarded by China Navy . In 2002 the light A30
fire bulkhead wasapproved by the Armament Department of China Navy and it got the
Third Prize for Progress in science and Technology awarded by China Navy. In2002 the environment-friendly PS-5 Radiation proof non-alkali glass wool insulation material for
nuclear-powered submarines& nuclear power stations was developed .This product
passed the approval ,which was organized by Zhejiang Scienae & Technology
Department , of the committee consisting of experts from Macromolecule Institute of Zhejiang University, Materials Science and Engineering Department of Zhejiang
University, Nanjing class FiberResearch and Design Institute ,Shanghai Nuclear
Engineering Research and Design Institute, Biology Department of Zhejiang Science
and Technology College, the Second Phase of  Qinshan Nuclear Power Station (the
Fifth Installing Company of China Nuclear Industry), Zhejiang Technical Physics
Application Institute and Wuhan 719 Institute of CSIC.
     PSFRC has been working together with enterprises belonging to Zhejinang
University for the nation-class LNG ship project. Ultra low temperature polyurethane
and ultra lowtemperature glass wool products have been developed, which have
been approved byGTTand ABS.
